This Sculpt Barre class is done using a pilates reformer bar as the Barre, this can be substituted for an actual Barre, bench or chair that is stable. Abdominal work during class can be done seated on a chair in lieu of the reformer as shown. All moves using the hand weights and ball can be done without them and weights can be substituted for any items to the desired weight.
