This Sculpt Barre class is done using a pilates reformer bar as the Barre, this can be substituted for an actual Barre, bench or chair that is stable. All moves using the ankle weights and ball can be done without them and weights can be substituted for any items to the desired weight. Feet in straps at the end can be substituted for any stretches on the mat.

Reformer is only used in video for the purpose of using the bar, can be substituted for chair, Barre, bench or any stable item available to lean on.
All props can be omitted if not available and movements can still be completed the same. -
Sculpt Barre 5 - 45 mins
Some of this Sculpt Barre class is performed using a nPilates Reformer, The feet in straps at the end can be substituted for your own stretches in the mat.
The abdominal work at the end can be done sitting on a chair in lieu of sitting on the reformer as demonstrated.
