Some of this Sculpt Barre class is performed using a nPilates Reformer, The feet in straps at the end can be substituted for your own stretches in the mat.
The abdominal work at the end can be done sitting on a chair in lieu of sitting on the reformer as demonstrated.
Any of the movements done using the reformer barre as the Barre can be done with a chair or item at home that is stable and can be leant on.
If you do not have a ball, booty band or hand weights you can do the movements without these or even gran a couple of cans from the pantry to substitute for weights.
